Right now all the postcasts are down. This is temporary. It seems that everytime I set something up the service gets discontinued. Switchpod (the site hosting the podcast) has now been moved to a pay-only site AFTER they deleted all my podcasts…I will be restoring from the files on the computer again AVMyPodcast lost all of my podcasts last year and looking at their new site podcastrevolution.com I see that they aren’t even TRYING to get new customers so I won’t be going back to them. I will be looking for yet another service to host the podcasts. Pownce has shut down so I’ve switched to Twitter. Even the almighty feedburner has been moved to google. But feedburner still works. I should be back up and running by next week.

My bank changed it’s name and issued new credit cards.  Somehow or another my podcast hosting service didn’t get the new number and deleted all of my podcasts without so much as an e-mail.

So I will be starting over with another company and I do have copies of all the podcasts at home but I only have the most recent one saved on my main computer….the rest are on my old computer’s hard drives which will take time to get to.

I currently still have the last show online but some people may have old links to the podcast.

DarkAirWaves Season 6 Episode 3 – Sometimes They Cum Back!

I wanted to return with a new show but my voice was going.  I didn’t want a repeat of the very first episode of DarkAirWaves back in Jan 2007 where I had no voice by the end of the night and couldn’t talk for a week.  Then it hit me.  There was an episode of the X Show you’ve never heard!  Oh… but finding the recording, editing it, and mixing it was something I’ve put off for nearly a year and a half.  The source material was originally recorded on microcassette back on Nov. 19, 2006 —-just before Thanksgiving and only ONE day after getting our dog Bella.

I had been putting it off for a special occasion.  Then I though “I haven’t done a show in almost 7 weeks—I think this counts.”   A lot of the audio just wasn’t good enough so the entire show plus music has been condensed down to about a half hour.

Did I mention there is an Iron Maiden song in here that I’ve NEVER played on ANY other of my shows?

Mixing and editing took forever.  It’s finally here.  Expect a new show from me in a week or 2 (probably 2).

Wow, I took a post and turned it into a vanity card.  I feel like Chuck Lorre now!
